Job Qualification Requirements:
The required work experience of 48 months should be at a massage and spa business. Knowledge in managing a spa & massage parlor is required. Must have the skills to train massage therapists. Must know how to speak Japanese and must be fluent in Chinese and English language to accommodate a diverse tourist clientele. Must have customer service, communication and interpersonal skills . Must be willing to work flexible time, weekends and holidays when necessary. Applicant must have the ability to prioritize effectively and maintain accuracy during peak operational hours. Must have the ability to manage concurrent projects while meeting strict deadlines. Must consistently meet daily sales quotas and performance targets. This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position for one (1) General Manager for Tang Investments Inc.
The work days will be Monday to Sunday with two (2) days off. Work hours will be between 10:00AM to 10:00PM for 7 hours per day and minimum of 35 hours a week.
